Sameshima sensei – I don’t even know how to express the gratitude I feel to you. I really believe that YOU are the person who I have to thank for N being so well. Thank you for being such an amazing surgeon. Thank you for being such an amazing person – I still remember in the USA when you asked me how ‘I’ was. No doctor in Japan EVER asked how ‘I’ was. I felt so much strength from that. I hope you continue to accept shochu from us! But, you don’t need to send us gifts, I already have the most amazing gift from you – I healthy husband.
